How It Works

Thank you for choosing Cosmic Candles to illuminate your space with celestial scents! Here's some cosmic insight into our shipping process:

  • Processing Time: Our dedicated team works diligently to prepare and dispatch your order. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that this processing time is separate from the shipping duration.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to cater to your needs. The available options and estimated delivery times will be presented during the checkout process. Keep an eye out for the one that aligns with your desired timeframe.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order takes flight, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to trace the cosmic journey of your scented treasures.

  • Delivery Times: Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping method chosen, and unforeseen circumstances. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • International Shipping: Cosmic Candles currently ships exclusively in the United States.

 

Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order or address information, please reach out to our stellar customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS

At Cosmic Candles, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase, however, the buyer will be responsible for shipping cost on all return items.  We do not accept exchanges at this time. 

TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • Within 14 days of your order, please send an email to capncozycandles@gmail.com with a return request, letting us know the reason for your return.

  • Once your return is approved a member of our team will reach out to you with a return address and your order return confirmation number.

  • Please be sure that your package is returned using the bubble and paper that it was packed in or something similar. Be sure that the candles are protected and packed securely so that they arrive in good condition. 

  • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and is responsible for saving tracking information.

  • Please do not return your package to the return address on your shipping label.
