Returns & Exchanges
Because our candles are handcrafted in small batches, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

The item arrived damaged or defective, or

You received the wrong product.
Items must be:

In their original packaging

In the same condition you received them
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Partially burned candles

Sale or clearance items

Custom or personalized orders
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
